Smoothie fasting from 4 o'clock today [Sunday] until Tuesday night.
My father bought a Bullet [it's like a blender/juicer] and I am going to use it since he is not. ( ._.);
I will not eat anything today, but tomorrow [Monday] when I come home from school I will make a low-cal smoothie. And I will have coffee in the morning as well.
Tuesday night I work at the restaurant, and have some egg drop soup. That is almost nothing but protein, very low calorie, and since it is hot it will relieve any hunger pains. I just probably won't want a cold smoothie after a day of fasting.
Anyone want to fast with me? My past fasts have been unsuccessful, so I really need this. I've been binging nonstop and I feel horrible.
I want to work out, but I'm afraid that if I fast and do cardio, I can get a heart attack. O_O Someone told me this.
